"CitroNati” citronella candles was a project conducted in a college entrepreneurship course in 2023. Once put into teams, we were given $500 to form a startup; creating and selling a product of choice. In order to pass the class, teams had to earn back the initial funds; to achieve an 'A' the team had to reach and/or exceed $1000 in revenue. I was chosen for the team making cincinnati themed citronella candles. Our small business far exceeded both class mile marks and finished the semester with the highest revenue ever generated in the history of the course; making upwards of $1500.
